EPS Supports Rett Strong Charity Event

EPS was proud again to support the 2018 Rett syndrome golf outing.   The tequila bar was a success, and funds were again raised for a good cause.

In an appellate matter of significant importance to California carriers and employers, the EPS workers’ compensation subrogation team obtained a victory at the Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District.  The Court of Appeal issued a decision reversing the Trial Judge, and vindicating the benefit provider’s rights under Labor Code Section 3856.

EPS again was a hole sponsor for the 2017 Rett Syndrome charity golf tournament.  A great cause, and a fun time was had by all.  And a “best game” award too!

EPS( www.eps-law.com) has been a proud sponsor of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk.  For the third straight year, EPS attorney Margot Ponticello participated in the fundraising event and walked 60 miles in the fight to end breast cancer.
